Founded in 1979, Pewaukee, WI based Mixer Systems is a leading manufacturer of industrial mixers and batch plants. The Company’s primary markets are the North American concrete and glass sectors. After more than four decades of family ownership, Mixer’s second generation owners were seeking liquidity for their interests. The Company’s key characteristics included: (i) a reputation for quality, well-engineered products and broad line offering; (ii) a high level of recurring parts revenue from numerous installations; and (iii) a diverse customer base.

Transaction & Post Closing 

In June, 2023, Bel Air Growth Partners sponsored the recapitalization of Mixer in a transaction that generated liquidity for the family owners and provided an investment opportunity for management.
